Recently, the SADIVO SD230LCA large crawler excavator has finished comprehensive factory inspection, commissioning and pre-delivery preparation, and has been fully loaded for shipment. Tailored for earthmoving projects, infrastructure construction and harsh complex working conditions, this excavator is assembled with premium brand core components throughout. Power System
The excavator is powered by a Cummins 6BTA5.9 6-cylinder diesel engine, with a displacement of 5.9L, rated output of 133kW (180 horsepower). It delivers abundant torque and outstanding heavy-load capacity, complying with international environmental emission standards. Equipped with an optimized fuel injection system, it cuts overall fuel consumption remarkably, balancing high construction efficiency and energy savings. Boasting excellent economic performance for long-hour operation, it runs consistently under intensive continuous working cycles.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system adopts an original Kawasaki main pump, paired with Korean imported control valves and swing motors. It features rapid control response, precise and steady movements, and seamless compound operation without stalling.A dual-stage water-oil separator filtration system is installed on the whole machine, alongside genuine Donaldson filters (USA-wide fitted). These keep the hydraulic system fluid clean, reduce component abrasion and failure rates, and satisfy stringent requirements for fine grading, rapid excavation and heavy loading. Both work efficiency and machine service life are greatly extended.

It features a reinforced heavy-duty undercarriage fitted with 11 track rollers. Track shoes measure 600 mm in width and 10 mm in thickness, delivering superior sturdiness, wear resistance and impact resistance.The boom and stick are fabricated from high-grade manganese steel, matched with large-flow hydraulic cylinders. Robotic bevel welding technology is applied throughout structural joints, with reinforced pin bushings installed at the arm ends. The overall structure features ultra-high rigidity and stability, enabling flawless adaptation to muddy ground, gravel sites, rugged terrain and other severe harsh working scenarios, with top-tier durability and universal working condition compatibility.
Operator Cab & Safety Configuration
The excavator is furnished with a DX-series operator cab with panoramic tempered glass, granting unobstructed panoramic working vision. Inside the cab sits an adjustable mechanical suspension seat, which supports longitudinal sliding and backrest angle adjustment. A digital LCD monitor and lightweight pilot control joysticks are configured for effortless, fatigue-free operation.
A rearview camera is installed, plus complete safety warning labels all over the machine. These comprehensive safety configurations maximize onsite construction safety, ease operator fatigue, and perfectly balance driving comfort and operational safety.
